Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I add events (guest tours, technical tours, and golf) after I have already registered?

Yes! You can add tours and individual events after you have already submitted your registration. Click the "drop down" arrow on the "Register" button and select "Modify My Registration." You will send yourself a modification link and use that to add your preferred tours!

2. Can I request a receipt if I have already registered?

Yes! On our homepage please select the "Register" drop-down and click "Resend my confirmation email". 

3. If I am bringing a guest, do I have to sign them up or can they sign up on their own? 

You can sign up your guest or they can sign themselves up with their own email. If you want to sign up a guest on your registration, you must sign them up  when you initially register. You cannot add a guest registration once you complete your own registration. If your guest signs up separately, they can state your name in the comments for their registration so we know you are together. To add a guest to your registration, select "Add Another Participant."

4. Can I sign up multiple registrants at once? 

Yes! You can sign up multiple people at once with your initial registration. You cannot add registrants once you have submitted your registration. Please see the image above for the "Add Another Participant" button. Select this before you check out to add multiple registrants.

5. What is the dress code for each event? 

You can find the dress code for the events in the descriptions on the "Programs and Activities" page on the website. Below, is a general dress code for each event:

  • Conference: Business or business casual. 
  • Guest Tours: Wear comfortable clothing and shoes (and double check the weather). Dress as though you are a tourist because you will be! 
  • Technical Tours: Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. 
  • Golf: Golf Attire
  • Friday Night Event (Spy Museum): Attire is smart casual with a subtle spy-inspired twist. Think polished yet relaxed: men can wear button-down shirts or polos with slacks or dark jeans, while women may opt for casual dresses, stylish tops, or chic separates. Please avoid overly casual items such as athletic wear, flip-flops, or graphic t-shirts.
  • Saturday Night Event (Banquet and Gala): Attire for the evening is cocktail to formal with a touch of casino-inspired glamour. Guests are encouraged to dress to impress: men may opt for suits or dress shirts with blazers, while women can choose cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or evening wear. 

    Classic, sophisticated colors like black, red, gold, and metallics are especially fitting. Feel free to add a bit of flair with statement accessories or subtle nods to casino style. Or go all out and wear your favorite evening wear that you don't get to wear anywhere else! Please avoid casual attire such as jeans, sneakers, or t-shirts to help maintain an elevated, festive atmosphere. 

6. If I am signing up for golf, where do I state who will be in my foursome? 

You can add the names of your foursome in the comments in your registration. 

7. How do I become an Exhibitor? 

You can become an Exhibitor by using the "Register" button, inputting your information, and selecting the "Exhibitor" option. You can pay online or send a check. See below for information on paying online, and paying by check.
