Got some National Parks on your bucket list? We'll help you out! Join us on a scenic exploration of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historical Park in Potomac, Maryland - Great Falls. Learn about the C&O Canal on a free Canal Boat Ride*, hike some easy trails near the waterfalls, and soak up the good weather and great views! Bonus -- get your National Parks stamp at the Great Falls Tavern Visitor Center!

Shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotel to the Park, and from the Park to the hotel. Light snacks and bottled water will be provided.

*The Canal Boat ride cannot be reserved in advance and depends on availability and conditions on the day of the visit. Tours are limited to 9 people, including children. Animals are not permitted on the launch boat with the exception of service animals. Tours may be altered or cancelled due to inclement weather, high winds, and extreme heat.

On this guided, narrated walking tour, you will experience and learn about Old Town Alexandria's significance throughout the history of our country. During the tour, you will stop to sample specially made dishes at long standing family owned restaurants. The tour will pay homage to the city's colonial roots, as well as its recently evolved food scene, as we discover both colonial and modern indigenous cuisine.

Bring your walking shoes and your appetite!
